Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential global clients (SMEs, enterprises, startups).
  • Generate leads via LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and digital channels.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • Engage with decision-makers to understand business needs.
  • Present IT services as customized solutions.
  • Schedule client meetings, demos, and consultations.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities.
  • Support marketing in aligning campaigns with lead goals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or lead generation (in IT services).
  • Strong knowledge of IT services such as software development, cloud solutions, automation, and managed services.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), and email automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
